DIY – (low/no fat) Baileys Irish Cream

This is not my creation, many examples are on the internet. This is the one I like the most after changing out ingredients for fat free. It’s about 1/3 the cost of Bailyes.

 

Place all contents in a blender:

  • 1 cup Half & Half (fat free) instead of Heavy Cream
  • 14 oz condensed milk (fat free)
  • 1 2/3 cup Jamesons Irish Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup/cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

 

Blend for ~1 min on high.

 

Enjoy…OOPS…remember, it must be refrigerated!
